How long are your sessions?
Our sessions run 60 minutes except our Saturdays boxing which can run up to 90 minutes
Is this personal training or group classes?
It’s Both! We offer small group personal training. Every person has their own workout according to their goals. There may be others in the room but everyone has there own assignments.
How much does it cost?
It costs between $20-$25 per session paid monthly. We offer 1, 2, and 3 sessions per week! Check out our PRICING!!
Can I pay in advance?
Yes you can and save!
Will I be tied down to a certain day and time EVERY week?
NO! We have a scheduling app that allows you to schedule, reschedule, and cancel sessions if something comes up! You can even schedule your sessions weeks in advance if your schedule allows it!
Is it a typical boxing ‘class’?
No way! Our Boxing Saturdays take a personal approach to boxing! Our goal is for you to learn to box AND get a great work out that’s all inclusive! Boxing includes footwork, head movement, good cardio, strength & power! We keep our sessions small so each member can get the attention they need in order to be successful!
