Personal Training

Choose between 2 or 3, one hour in-person sessions depending on their goals and needs, 2 at home workouts to support what we do at Em3 and build confidence, a meal plan based on the Em3 Exclusive Menu, 2 weekly check-ins, monthly assessments and access to Em3 Online Training!!

Everyone is different and reaching a goal takes a personal touch!

Good nutrition is key BUT eating good food that is familiar is also important! We’ve put together a menu that is delicious, nutritious and familiar! Our Em3 Exclusive Menu is full of meals that are easy to make and ethnically diverse!

Accountability

Consistency is key if success is the goal! We are very flexible! With our scheduling app, you have the option to sign into a session whenever YOU want and it also allows us to keep you consistent so you reach the goals you have set for yourself!
