5 Minute Upper Body Circuit

Perform 10 reps of each exercise for a total time of 5 minutes. Rest 90 seconds. Repeat the circuit at least 5 times. Total training time 35 minutes.

1) Push ups

2) dips

3) toe touch

4) shoulder taps

5) pike press

6) mountain climbers

7) bicycles

8) plank

9) boat

10) body extensions

5 x 20 Upper Body Workout

Perform 5 sets of 20 reps of each exercise. Rest between sets no longer than 90 seconds.

Upper Body Circuit 60/10

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds resting 15 seconds in between. After the circuit is complete, rest 60-90 seconds and repeat the circuit 3-5 times.

Perform a tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times) of each exercise. Rest 90 seconds between each tabata.
