
5 Minute Upper Body Circuit
5 x 20 Upper Body Workout
Perform 5 sets of 20 reps of each exercise. Rest between sets no longer than 90 seconds.
Upper Body Circuit 60/10
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds resting 15 seconds in between. After the circuit is complete, rest 60-90 seconds and repeat the circuit 3-5 times.
Perform a tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times) of each exercise. Rest 90 seconds between each tabata.
