Core Tabata

Perform a tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) of EACH exercise. Rest no more than 90 seconds in between tabatas.

10 minute core circuit

Perform 15 reps of each exercise for 10 minutes. Rest 60-90 seconds and repeat as many times as possible.

30/30/3 Core Circuits

Perform each pair of exercise for 30 seconds each for 3 minutes. Rest 1 minute then move on to the next pair.
