Body weight training is THE BEST way to build lean muscle, improve balance, kinesthetic awareness AND MORE!! The best part is that no equipment is needed so you can train ANYWHERE!!

Although no equipment is needed, body weight training can be difficult to do simply because you’re moving in a way you normally would not be moving. Therefore the risk of injury goes up. For this reason we have separated the training into beginner, intermediate & advanced training sections. Each section builds on the prior section. There is a calendar tab that leads to a basic, 4 week calendar to explain progression in weight and intensity.
